If LWLG sold shares to increase their cash position on the balance sheet, the stock price would not have gone up as it did, unless they sold it in a direct offering to a specific and well chosen third party for a pre agreed price ( say $3 ). Not sure if this needs public reporting like in the case

The tutorial on enclave was great.  Did not know it was so comprehensive.   Good to know that we are one of the few if not the only platform that includes identification of who has access to what parts of network.
