GREEN PROPERTY PLC (THE "COMPANY")

This notification relates to the ordinary shares of the Company (the "shares")
and is given in fulfillment of the obligations imposed under section 198
companies Act 1985 (the "Act").

Further to our notification dated 16 July 2002, we hereby notify you that on 24
July 2002 we disposed of 694,492 shares that resulted in our holding a total of
8,082,862 shares.  This is equivalent to approximately 7.841% of the issued
share capital of the Company.

First Boston group pf companies.  Those group companies which are direct or
indirect holding companies of Credit Suisse First Boston Equities Limited and,
under the terms of section 209 of the Act, each interested by attribution in any
shares in which Credit Suisse First Boston Equities Limited is interested.
