MONTREAL, March 16, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - SNC-Lavalin (TSX:
SNC) reported today that Ian A.
Bourne, Chairman of the Board and Director, will not stand
for reelection at its next Annual Meeting of Shareholders, and has
decided to step down as both a Director and Chairman effective
immediately. The Board has appointed Lawrence N. Stevenson as Chairman.
Mr. Bourne has served as a director of SNC-Lavalin since 2009
and as Chairman of the Board since May
2013, and was Interim CEO of SNC-Lavalin from March 2012 to October
2012.

Stevenson said "Ian's leadership both as interim CEO and as
Chairman of the Board provided stability to SNC-Lavalin in a very
challenging period. His contribution has been significant and his
fellow Directors and the SNC-Lavalin team thank him."
