2014 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on May 16, 2014. 


The following have been re-elected as the directors of the Company: John Clarke
(Chairman), Jed Richardson (CEO), Victor Jones, Ehud Levy, Gordon Peeling and
David Shaw.
