Innovotech Inc. (TSX VENTURE:IOT) ("Innovotech") today announced that, in
accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange, the board of directors
has approved a grant of stock options to directors and employees of Innovotech
to purchase an aggregate of 120,000 common shares pursuant to its stock option
plan. These options have an exercise price of $0.45 per common share and expire
on March 21, 2022.

tests are designed to determine the most effective antibiotic treatment for
infections in both large and small animals. 


Innovotech also has three products in advanced stages of development;
InnovoSCEPT human tests have been designed specifically to address antibiotic
treatment for human infections, Agress(R) is a unique, environmentally friendly
seed treatment and plant spray designed to protect crops against both bacterial
and fungal infections and Sani-Lux(TM) is a light-activated, natural hard
surface sanitizer.
