its Annual General Meeting originally scheduled for April 20th to Thursday May
28, 2009 to allow sufficient time to prepare the materials in respect of the
meeting. The record date for the meeting will be April 23, 2009. A revised
Notice of Record Date will be filed on SEDAR today.
