of electricity is announcing that its annual and special meeting of shareholders
scheduled for June 25, 2013 at 1:30 PM at the offices of Bennett Jones LLP,
Suite 4500, 855-2nd Street S.W., Calgary, AB shall be postponed as a result of
the state of emergency declared in Calgary following widespread flooding,
transportation closures and evacuations. 


The annual and special meeting of shareholders will now be held on July 2, 2013
at 1:30 PM at the offices of Bennett Jones LLP, Suite 4500, 855-2nd Street S.W.,
Calgary, AB.
