(the "Company") (TSXV: MRR) announces that Mr. Gordon Richardson, CPA, CA has retired from the board of directors of the Company on Tuesday November 12, 2013. Mr. Richardson joined the board in 1997, and acted as Chairman of the Audit Committee from 1998 until June of 2013. The Company would like to thank Mr. Richardson for his leadership of the Audit Committee and valuable contribution to the Company during these many years.

Ms. Victoria K. Trim, CPA, CA an independent director of the Company assumed the role of Chairman of the Audit Committee in June of 2013.
