MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Jun 11, 2014) - ODESIA Group
Inc. (TSX-VENTURE:ODS) (the "Corporation"), a Canadian Information
Technology consulting and solutions company, specialized in
Business Intelligence (BI), Business Process Management (BPM) and
Big Data Analytics is pleased to announce the results of its annual
meeting.
At the annual meeting of shareholders held on June 11, 2014, the
shareholders of the Corporation approved by a majority of vote the
appointment of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton as auditors of the
Corporation as well as the election of the following Directors: MM.
Nicolas Bonnafous, André Brosseau, Michael Perrault and Vittorio
Violo.
Grant of options
The Corporation has granted 550,000 stock options, of which
100,000 are granted to an officer, at the exercise price of $0.10
each, having an exercise period of five (5) years and vesting over
three years.
