Questor Technology Inc. ("Questor" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:QST) announced
today that the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, Diane
Koenig, has tendered her resignation in order to pursue another business
opportunity. Her resignation will take effect on December 16, 2012.


The Board of Directors wishes to express its appreciation to Diane for her
leadership and contributions to Questor during her five and one half years of
service and to wish her success in her future endeavours.


The Board of Directors has initiated a search to appoint a new Chief Financial
Officer.

Questor is an international environmental oilfield service company founded in
late 1994 and headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada with a field office
located in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada. The Company is focused on clean air
