RCA.P Revelation Ventures Inc. (Tier2)

Revelation Ventures Inc. ("Revelation") (TSX VENTURE:RCA.P) announces that the
shareholder meeting scheduled to occur at 10:00 am (Calgary time) on Thursday,
February 26, 2009 to consider, among other things the acquisition of Prestique
Kitchens Ltd. ("Prestique") as Revelation's Qualifying Transaction, has been
adjourned for 14 days, with the meeting to now be held on March 12, 2009.
Revelation is adjourning the meeting pending the receipt of additional
information regarding Prestique.


Revelation will disseminate more specific details in a subsequent news release
once such information comes available. Further, Revelation has voluntarily
requested that a trading halt be implemented on Revelation's shares and trading
of its shares will remain halted until further notice.
