that it will change its name to Bank of Southern California effective next
Monday, June 28, 2010, has announced
that the bank will open a new office in July to serve the business
and professional markets of downtown San
Diego. The office will be located at 1620 5th Avenue,
Suite 120, San Diego, 92101.
