All I can say is that IMO people are buying for a reason. You are seeing $5,000 and $6,000 buys which hasn't happened for a long time. The switch to Nasdaq is in progress so IMO the end is near.

BIA cannot deny. The judge has ruled. Just typical bureaucrats dragging their feet. This will almost certainly be approved by the end of the year or a lot sooner. Stock is dirt cheap now, and once the BIA acts, up, up, up, and patience will be rewarded.

Vallejo Casino Approved by City Council
November 23, 2024

The Vallejo City Council approved the $700 million Scotts Valley Casino Project this week. The Scotts Valley Band of Pomo Indians are planning to build a 400,000-sq-ft casino resort on a 160-acre site owned by the tribe and located within Vallejo.

Before construction can start, the final approval will come from the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA). The BIA is currently evaluating the project, and no timeframe has been given for the decision.

In the meantime, the City Council has asked the City Manager, Andrew Murray, to draft a Cooperative Agreement between the city and the tribe.

What you don't understand (because it is so different from most other stocks) is that the stock price is MEANINGLESS. Probably 95% or more of the stock is owned by insiders who are not selling or buying, which is why you never see any volume. The sales you see are smalltime investors who probably don't understand the company, and are trying to make a few dollars with their small trades. The ONLY THING that is important is the final deal, and then, and only then, does the stock price matter because it then reflects the company's value, which will be a hell of a lot more than it is now. That's when the stock will go up, but certainly not until then. The rumor is that the final deal is close. Whether that is true or not we will know soon enough.

I know we have all heard this before, but the rumor is that something big is about to be announced. I'll believe it when I see it, but this might be the time to pick up some cheap shares. If it is as big as the rumor says, shares should skyrocket, easily to 20. We will see. It's supposedly about that casino in California.
