most OTCM companies aren't trading high dollar amount these days ever since Biden killed the otcm when he delisted all those stop sign companies and locked billions of dollars in the markets

he has what 6+ billion shares 5 billion in control block and 1 billion he holds he holds and most shells Will not have $$$$$$ that's why companies go public,

I mean they never have real news
the company at this point does very little trading. essentially its just a shell game

Deano: I cannot tell you one or the other. what i can say from what my buddy told me was when asked how he felt in overseeing a company to its death the statement my friend got back was that he is at peace with it. if i had to guess basically he knows he is running a shell company that is not ever going to go anyplace. they have no money to partner with anyone. So what can they put in a shell with no money the answer is nothing. Think about it....the only thing they can offer is to back a co into their shell....why would anyone do this.....they have no idea what to do with a company so they aren't going to fix a broken company....any any company that needs a shell can easily go find one that has either that has money or has leadership....

FUNR has neither. anyone holding stock is essentially beat is what it sounds like to me.

I think as long as there is a guy with about 518 million unrestricted shares ( he posted here too), this stock goes nowhere! They have to deal with him in advance or oust him with RS, Etc!

Is that just a rumor/assumption or is there something to back that up? My view is it doesn't really matter, but maybe my view is wrong and that might be preventing a sale of the shell. I don't know. Either way, there is little hope of a bootstrap business built brick by brick over time for a random shell like this with zero assets. I think the only reason for shells to exist is for existing businesses to take them over. I think most of the OTC shares that view. That's the only reason anyone would consider investing in a shell imo.

Absolutely very good point. The fact i have never been contacted by one of these supposed companies surprises me. I'm the second largest shareholder i belive, and I know they would want those shares back.

Exactly. Any company that comes in is going to want no debt and no legacy shareholder overhang. If someone were going to merge in a real company, there would be no room for some 'shotcaller' to make decisions for you. Think about the insanity of that. Who would ever merge a good company into something where they don't have complete decision making power?
