What they have done with this company is criminal. If I was a lawyer and did not have to pay outside counsel, I would sue them. Nothing done in the last year or two has made sense.

This has been a volume leader for weeks! Good luck chasing.

DOWN 38% on 6X average volume of 389 Million shares? If that's not taking a huge DUMP I don't know what is. This DILUTION is really getting tiring. Can't these guys do anything but dump shares? Looking like their pockets get filled and shareholders get screwed every time.

While buying dilution isnt fun... if you trade OTC, youve bought dilution. WE all have. They took money on a fixed term loan, so they gotta give up shares... thats kind of how the stock market works. Retail is also flipping this at the moment since they gave a couple weeks timeline- about the 30/45 day window they offered.
Robert Clark or/and Masthill were issued 230m in the trips in 1 month... thats not that bad. And it looks like they are out of ammo already.
Eventually they will actually let it run.
Ever think of RC or Masthill selling shares to get liquid to ignite a real run with the cash they just got from retail? Think outside the box. I can assure you they dont want to be here in the basement for too much longer with a looming reverse merger, FINRA ticker change, name change, brand change, management change, debt elimination/reduction/restructure, website, state filings, OTCM filings.. the works.

Yeah, justhefax! Don't you know that past performance is not an indicator of future performance? I mean, it says that in every SEC quarterly and annual filing. Quit question the past performance of the old management, and the shell game shuffle that has been happening for years, because the new management will obviously perform differently. Just ask them. The value of kona LLC sold for 200k of restricted shares to a bizarre co should be a concern to all investors.

This goes to last Q report. Did Kona LLC contribute to the revs and profit?. If the LLC is making money - why the low price?

Simply need transparency.

Did Covert generate the revs? What %?.

Important since this goes to value transferring to new reverse co.

Mgt? who negotiated deal. And all leave co? Even the Covert team?

It would be easy for KG to be more transparent, and if rational reasons and deals all to shareholdera benefit would actually help support value.

So yes, could all be great, but also not. Ill be happy if so.

But this team has not delivered anything in '24 except dilutuion and deals falling apart, mistatements, and missed targets.

So is this actual final net profit, net gross profit,net profit after payroll expense, etc.? I think they are adding more shares to pay off debt, and creating more bag holders, then will sell their shares to make big money. There is always a slim chance of me being wrong though.

So who is the owner of: Gold Leaf -> Surge-> No Surge? And who holds Surge? Is this a stripping out of assets of KGKG by moving them around then selling them out for who knows what song? Assets that shareholders had come to believe they owned? That sounds as shady as hell if not illegal.

If any part is from the sold Kona Bev LLC then the low sale price of $200 k of shares in a bizarre co is even more questionable.

Is the low figure to previous forecast including a result of the Surge deal not happening? Surge from Gold Leaf owned by LBEV with primary holder R Clark.

If the revs from Covert , will this follow to new co?

They need to provide clarity or now way to assess.
