One could make the assumption that they have no updates to report.

Are they still paying salaries and bills, for facilities that are underused?

What is the first thing one should do when a dumpster fire occurs? The initial reaction might be to "put it out," but the only things there burning are IN the dumpster to start with. I think the first reaction should be to protect anything valuable that could be damaged by the fire. Don’t let it spread beyond burning what you don’t care about.
Second reaction might be to toss in other items that hadn’t made it to the dumpster yet.
After the first two, then I’d look to put out the fire—or let it burn out on its own—and try to determine the cause. ~Joeyself

Kg walked away from Surge, which had many issues and After one release is spring 2024 not a word about APRU in releases or filings.

KG inc did not complete ine deal or aquisition in 24. Not a word in 25 coming up on 3 mo.

The fantasy is the team has gone quiet leading up to Q1 and name change and completion of the past reported 30mm co merge w other name than NuVibe.

Does KKG INC still have a joint venture with APPLE rush co, and Lena Brewing co for highdrate D8-D9 and HEMP products, and what about SURGE distribution kratom products. I did not hear they were terminated did you guys?? maybe that is why the SS is a little high, from the purchase of other business transactions.?? These are only questions.

KGKG (Kona Gold Beverage, Inc.) sold subsidiary Kona Gold LLC, they did not sell KGKG, so there will be no diaper dividends in anyone's future unless you buy BMXC by 3/28/25.

I should elaborate more.....You will own a diaper company once BMXC gives you shares as a dividend.
I believe the end of March. However, the record date of those dividends and your ownership in KGKG
at that date and time will decide if you get those dividends.

The diaper company website was updated on or after 1/6/2025 when they announced a dividend.

Presumably, the "Management Team" of Bemax, Inc., Taiwo A., President & CEO, has authority, access, and responsibility to update that site. You could call or message them and ask.

Kona Gold, LLC (a subsidiary of Kona Gold Beverage Inc.) was sold to the diaper company, NOT Kona Gold Beverages, Inc. (the holding company that is supposed to become NuVibe).

There is no "Kona Gold Beverage, LLC" website because there is no "Kona Gold Beverage, LLC."

"NuVibe" does not currently exist anywhere in any form, and Kona Gold Beverages, Inc. has nothing to with the diaper company (as far as we know).after the sale of Kona Gold, LLC.

There is no mention of Kona Gold, LLC or any related products anywhere on the diaper company (bemaxinc.com) site.
The real question is who has authority, access, and responsibility to update the diaper company Kona Gold Beverage, LLC website? Is NUVIBE, inc. responsible or the diaper company?

KG Inc gave KG llc to Bemax ( the diaper co) along with ITS now defunct website.

KG inc has its own site, the one that still has mgt, cirrent news and history. KG inc has no ties or responsibilities to KG llc or the diaper co.

NuVibe is NOT a reporting operating company co. It is the claimed hoped for name in a future. They have been trying since 04 2024... and keep releasing it is 'working on'.

They have their news on the site, their mgt, and their history. They DID change when KG llc hemp was given to the diaper co by eliminating references to that brand.

However, there is a good possibility"Kona Gold Beverages, LLC's" website might have been sold with it. A good possibility a new website bearing name "NUVIBE,Inc" is being built.

There is no need for the company that acquired Kona Gold Beverage, LLC to publish information on another company.

Over last weeks been consistent buys, which absent news and no transparent 'reason' is unusual.

With all deference to Schwab, in this statement it states the name change to NuVibe Inc occurred in Apr 24. This isnt true as noted by several later company releases where they state they continue to try to get the change done.

And i suspect if the change actually happened we would see it reflected on the site as well as confirmed in a release. 

Lastly given the co has given away its primary brand (kGllc), and handed back to previios mgt Covert, the only rev generator, leaving ? in KG Inc the mission and product descriptive seems just leftover copy from prior. 

The co has followed to last release for over 2 mo, which was an extension of same promise since Aug 24.

So impossible to know real status of efforts and past claims. With co value under 1 mm, no one picking up phones or responding to emails, continued dilution my interest goes to if the co is or will remain viable.

The Highdrate 'holding page' coming soon has been there for quite some time. 
The Covert site has evolved w products and ordering... but as they are now private, given back to origional mgrs who are also listed as the ceo/coo of Kona ostensibly to cleat way for long awaited merge.
So $ biz activity from Covert may no longer drop to KG books keaving $0 revs.
