as for the update, it might be lacking in a few specifics but it was a big load off my mind, they’re definitely not going to abort the submission

Give it a rest man. Repeating the same lines over and over makes you borderline psycho. It is obvious you're working for some interests against Vivos.

Again,, why would a European company seek USA trials for a product with such short shelf life? Only makes sense to do such clinical trials close to the manufacturing site. RDGL, on the other hand, now has sell another offering to set up Southeast Asian manufacturing before clinical trials can even be contemplated there.

So this downdate reveals there will be more meetings of unknown number or duration (so presently unscheduled) with FDA on various unresolved issues of unknown nature. No timetable for these meetings is revealed. Nor is a new timetable revealed for the now over 3 years late IDE submission (3 years and 2 months late vs. the Sept. 21, 2021 submission date MK lied about). And this is supposed to be good news?

You'll have to find somewhere to hide your face when the FDA clears radiogel for human trials. How long has Betaglue been in human trials? Is the FDA aware of its existence? Has it ever submitted anything for FDA review?

Again, her conclusions/opinions are irrelevant to the IDE process. It's FDA reviews that have to be sold on the evidence to green light human trials in USA. No one else's opinion matters.

Only the applicant (RDGL) seeking human trials has standing to summit the required supporting data and IDE application to FDA. Reecca Krimins at JHU vet school has no standing to do so. Moreover, neither her opinion or MK's opinion on her rabbit results have any relevance to getting Radiogel to human trials. The only opinions that matter here are those of the FDA reviewers.

I noticed them too. 1000 state buys at the ask every few minutes. Sure beats the 1000 share sells at the bid we had a while back. Maybe MM's signaling a reversal .

Positive update this morning. A strong IDE application will be submitted and we'll have human trials starting in south east Asia real SOON . This  share price level won't remain long imo . Looking forward to a real good November update..

What are all the circa thousand share trades that pop up every couple of minutes.  It is buying on the blotter (yes I know there is a seller for every buyer but this is buying from the mms

Here is a sill analogy/comparison 

When you are at a restaurant and food is taking longer and longer, it is frustrating, especially when nobody gives you any information, but if the server comes and says, sorry about the wait, kitchen is backed up but we will bring it asap, even though it's late, you can be OK with it, because of the information you have.

This kind of felt like that today. I know it's silly comparison.

Sounds like the IDE application is solid, but they want to go above and beyond so it will take a little extra time, but they did use the word “timely”. Just like I have been saying all along, they did not abandon the IDE in lieu of overseas trials, it is full steam ahead.

Curious and have a question for ya, is this the FIRST PHARMA stock you have been involved with/held ?

Sounds like they want to make it nearly impossible for the FDA to deny them (if that's even possible), hence the additional steps.

So my guess is get through tax loss season which here could be significant and come jan maybe korenko comes back with a definitive date for over seas trials and or a submission date for ide

I quit twitter, FB, et al around 2020 and can't do PM here. Everyone has their own ideas and I hope invests in ways that make sense to them. I have sold shares to recover my initial investment and now am aligning my portfolio to crypto, gas n oil but I am riding hundreds of thousands of free shares here.

At my age, a tumor killing device with this story is worth me riding my shares down to the ground to see how it ends.

We had a horse treated for a tumor with Isopet. The tumor was bad and had bursted causing a extremely bad infection. The smell was horrible. Watching the tumor go from a hard and infected mess to soft and basically falling off with no side effects or issues was truly amazing. It has healed up to the point you would have no idea anything was there.

This isn't a cure for cancer, but considering the effectiveness and lack of side effects, it's one of the next best things. I can't wait to see this used in more extreme cases like brain and spine or just tumors that used to be deemed too dangerous to touch.

Having the backing of the Mayo Clinic really makes me bullish here long term. They wouldn't risk their reputation on something sketchy and give their doctors special permission to work with a for profit company going against their policies.
