Richland Resources International Group Inc (CE) (RIGG) Share Price

RIGG...accumulated a position......

Over the last couple/few months I accumulated about 1.9K shares of the RIGG shell at an average around $1.02 per share. Probably could have bought an additional 1K shares in the $1-2 range if I had been more aggressive/alert in my buying.

I don't know what the current status of this shell is. It looks like the shell was relatively clean at the time David Lazar was making OTC Markets filings. The only thing a bit interesting/unusual I noticed while reading through the filings was that Lazar was suppose to inject $120+K into the shell in exchange for a control block of 137,400 shares. It appears that did not occur, which is why the outstanding share count is still at 113K.

All things considered, if that verified share count on the OTC Markets profile page is indeed accurate, I figured that RIGG was a good speculative "no-brainer" around that $1 dollar area. That unrestricted share count of 38K could lead to some pretty interesting price movements in this shell.

"RIGG" is supposedly taken over by a company in the oil and gas industry with CEO based out of Florida named Daniel P Kesonen.

As you can tell Oil is not doing so great right now. That is a whole other story...

The CEO is the Chairman of a patent troll company fake Heartview LLC and a fake pharma company Pegasus Pharmaceuticals or on OTC "PGUZ"

Yes the people behind PGUZ just bought and made RIGG.

They are going to dilute the crap out of this.

David sold them such a nice clean shell and Kesonen and crew are going to destroy it IMO.

Playing the "bounce" after a stock reversal has proven to be quite lucrative. If solid filings come out it could be a big win. So far I just haven't seen anything which is why I am skeptical.

IMO with the STOP sign and no supportive filings this is a stay on the sidelines and watch strategy. :)

Yeah I agree with that assessment. Reverse splits have not turned out to be in my favor over the years in the OTC.

i have had two that did a 10000 to1 rs work out well but a lot more that did not

Best to sit on the sidelines and watch. So far I see no initiative on the inbound company's part to motivated any investor to get off of the sidelines.

usually to add more shares later and get more money unless we get lucky and it is a good company looking to up list later but not many like that

typical already down over 50% like most rs this size will be back to pennies in a week or two usually

That was fast. I can't even see this security in my acct anymore?!!

CXCQ sat on it's ass for a long while after announcing a 1--10. Then they started to run it again-- took a long time, but a doubled my money and then some. I am long some here about.008-- Not too much. I flipped a few x's already. May see some bottom fishing tomorrow.
