High Performance Beverage Co. Plans Dual Coast Launch While Negotiating International Distribution for Its Throwdown High Performance Sports Beverage Line

CAVE CREEK, AZ--(Marketwired - Jun 6, 2014) - High Performance Beverage Co. (OTC Pink: TBEV) (PINKSHEETS: TBEV) (the "Company") is pleased to announce plans for a dual coast launch of their Throwdown High Performance beverage line as they negotiate for potential international Distribution Agreements.

The Company has been notified by its U.S. distributors that once bottling has been initiated, they are prepared to receive as much inventory as the Company can supply, in order to fuel anticipated sales. Because of this positive response, the Company now plans to start distribution through a dual coast launch. It is expected that initial east coast states will be New York, New Jersey and Florida, while west coast states are expected to include California, Washington, Oregon and Nevada.

Additionally, the Company is currently in negotiations with an overseas oriental beverage distributor for distribution in China and other surrounding Asian Pacific countries. This in addition to the Company's already established international distribution networks should significantly impact sales once Throwdown High Performance beverage is being distributed worldwide. The Company is currently increasing its efforts to establish additional bottling facility agreements both domestically and internationally in order to fuel anticipated growth.
