The Agreement provides for Mr. Leach to provide branding services, personal endorsement and voiceover services for Watchit and for TVTV to supply its television content for the Watchit Television Network. The Watchit Television Network is presented exclusively on gaming, lodging and hospitality venue private television networks. Under the Agreement, Watchit will also provide TVTV with Watchit's Gaming Guides, a series of entertaining television programs on the subject of playing casino games.
