WPF Holdings Inc (PK) (WPFH) Share Price

On my T.D. Ameritrade account my SOLI shares disappeared completely. I ended up with only WPFH shares left after the conversion.

When will the share conversion take place? SOLI shares are still displayed with my broker.

I will have to admit I was actually surprised that we got our WPFH shares converted over from the SOLI liquidation trust. I really thought this was just a diversion tactic to keep shareholders off of their backs until the statute of limitations ran out. When the conversion actually happened, I about crapped my pants.

Then when the PPS started falling like a knife that kind had me thinking that this was all just B.S. and that this was just another penny stock scam. However, when the PPS rose from the low of $1 to back above $5 these past couple of weeks, I am starting to think there is something more to this after all. I know someone appears to be buying a lot of shares as of lately. I hope that they can get it done too!

I remain cautiously optimistic, because when I start feeling too optimistic EdF finds some shit on his pacer and wrecks my optimism every time! :) LOL

With these guys it's half/half on getting it done from their history and that's being kind

Same Here! I hope the Deal is for Real and that we can see many multiples from here.
Against all odds I would love to see my SOLI investment actually work out here.
But I know this is a long shot.
At this point I am optimistic again.

I guess if they are for Real, we will see it in the PPS, but if this is just another penny scam then this will be trading sub-pennies in two years.

As long as it keeps going in the right direction, I will remain optimistic. Then again 2 years is a long time to wait, and much can happen between now and then. Hoping this A.I. part of the company along with the NASDAQ spinoff works out for us?

Hard to disagree with that sentiment but I will try to say at least this Henry Jan is on the up and free from litigation still. I looked it up further wanting to trash the guy but it's not even close to Charlie.

With the Billionaire Henry Jan involved anything is possible. I did not see any of this coming! Now if they keep this up and this A.I. Part of the company is successful along with the Super App this may very well end up being a very nice investment for us Afterall. I honestly expected it to fall below a dollar last week and instead we are back up closer to $4 Dollars! Somebody is buying quite a few shares on the ask here!

Not to get too far ahead of myself as we still basically have 2 years before our restriction comes off, but I like the fact our Billionaire Henry Jan is back involved with WPFH! Just when I had completely given up on this stock there comes a ray of hope! I would love to see them prove all of the nay-sayers wrong!

Maybe if these insiders wales slow down on their selling this thing would have a chance looks like it's staying above a dollar and working its way back up slowly hopefully. Be nice to see an upward trend instead of a downward trend for the next 6 months plus

They never have showed any value since they are listed under a different cusip number. They do show WPFH when you click on your details of the position.
They also have your post split cost averages shown from back when they were SOLI.

But with this said in two years what will these be worth. This whole thing is a joke. I wouldn't count on any value being there when these come off of restriction.
