Announcement of Partial Redemption of Notes

The Issuer wishes to announce that the Notes are being partially redeemed by an aggregate amount of USD 62,480,825.23 pursuant to paragraph 40(ii) of the Notes' terms and conditions. Consequently, the aggregate Outstanding Principal Amount under the Notes has been reduced to USD 43,365,109.07, which corresponds to the Deferred Funding Amount as calculated by the Determination Agent.
