ISIN: XS2058007514), the GBP500,000,000 Series 1 Class A3 Floating
Rate Notes due July 2058 (ISIN: XS2058006037) and the
GBP500,000,000 Series 1 Class A4 Floating Rate Notes due July 2058
(ISIN: XS2058007944).

conjunction with the supplementary prospectus dated 9 October 2019
(the Supplementary Prospectus).
