Applications have today been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK 
Listing Authority for a block listing of up to 1,190,476 common shares of $0.01 
each in Alea Group Holdings (Bermuda) Ltd. to trade on the London Stock Exchange 
and to be admitted to the Official List upon issue. 
 
These applications have been made in respect of 1,190,476 shares that fall to be 
issued under the Alea Group Executive Option and Stock Plan pursuant to grants 
of Restricted Stock Units to Jeffrey R. Rosenthal, as previously announced on 13 
May 2010. 
 
These shares when issued will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing 
issued common shares of the Company.
