Correction to Announcement released on the 25 March 2011 (RNS Number 6779D)

ACUITY VCT 3 Plc announces that all resolutions proposed at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 25 March 2011 were passed except for Resolution 7, Dis-application of Pre-emption right on an issue of shares was rejected after a poll.

Details of the proxy votes in respect of the resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting received as at 11.00am. on 23 March 2011, 48 hours before the time of the meeting, are set out below.
