Amco Corporation plc was notified yesterday that on 13 June 2007 the executors
of the estate of Stuart Gordon, the late Executive Chairman of the Company,
disposed of their entire interest in the company's shares to the beneficiaries
of Mr Gordon's estate, including John Gordon, a director the Company. Following
this transfer, John Gordon is interested in 356,667 ordinary shares representing
2.76 per cent of the issued share capital.
