Result of General Meeting

Baqus Group plc (AIM:BQS), the building consultancy and quantity surveying group, today announces that the resolution proposed to shareholders at the Company's General Meeting held today was duly passed on a poll.

In accordance with the circular to shareholders 'Proposed cancellation of trading on AIM and Notice of General Meeting' dated 27 April 2011 (the "Circular"), the resultant expected timetable is as follows:

 
 Latest day of dealings of the Ordinary                31 May 2011 
  Shares on AIM and in CREST: 
 
 Cancellation of admission to trading     7:00 a.m. on 1 June 2011
