Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC announces the appointment of Phillip Monks to its Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 10 February 2020.

Phillip is currently Chief Executive Officer of Aldermore Group PLC and was previously Chief Executive Officer of Europe Arab Bank PLC and held various senior management positions at Barclays Bank Ltd, including Chief Executive Officer of Gerrard Ltd.

Simon Miller, Chairman of the Company, said "I welcome Phillip to the Board. His skillset and experience will be an asset and I look forward to his contribution."
