Belgravium Technologies plc ("the Company"), designers and manufacturers of
real-time data capture systems, announces that on 29 June Mr R D McDougall, who
is a director of the Company, notified the Company of the purchase on the same
day of 250,000 5p ordinary shares. Details of the share purchase are as follows:
