Awards under the Dialight plc 2014 Performance Share Plan ("PSP")

On 22 August 2017 the under-mentioned Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility was granted a conditional award, which entitled them to acquire ordinary shares of 1.89 pence each in the Company in accordance with the rules of the PSP.
