   1.       Unaudited net asset value per share

The unaudited net asset value per share at 31 March 2023 was 627.0 p. This is stated before payment of a final dividend of 25p per share payable on 19 May. This compares to the net asset value per share of 627.1 p as at 31 December 2022.

   2.       Share price

The share price has increased by from 509 p to 562.5 p in the quarter to 31 March 2023. The share price total return for the quarter to 31 March 2023 was 10.5 %. This compares to a decrease in the FTSE Small Cap Index of

1.6 % over the same period.   The discount to net asset value at 31 March 2023 was 10.3 % .

The portfolio of investments has been re-valued at 31 March 2023. There were no significant valuation movements in the quarter.

Dunedin Enterprise had cash and near cash balances of GBP 13.2 m at 31 March 2023. Outstanding capital commitments to limited partnership funds are GBP9.6m.

   6.         Dividend

A final dividend of 25.0p per share will be paid to shareholders on 19 May 2023.
