eServGlobal (AIM: ESG & ASX: ESV), the provider of end-to-end mobile financial services to emerging markets, advises that the following resolutions were put to shareholders at its Annual General Meeting held today. Resolution 6 included in the Notice of Meeting was withdrawn and not considered at the meeting. All Resolutions were considered on a show of hands and Resolutions 3, 4 and 5 were passed. Resolution 2 did not pass.
