Further to the announcement published on 31
January and on 16 February 2024 informing shareholders that the
Company intended to repurchase shares to return capital to
shareholders, shareholders are advised that the Company purchased
the following shares to be held as Treasury shares, each share with
a nominal value of $0.01 per share:

The Ordinary Shares bought back will be placed
in Treasury and as a result the Company's issued share capital
consists of 6,831,292 of Ordinary shares with voting rights
attached. Following the buybacks, there are now 3,502,874
shares held in Treasury. The above figure (6,831,292) may be
used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as
the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if
they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
