International Tool & Supply plc ("ITS" or "the Company")

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to
Listing on the Alternative Investment Market ("AIM") of 37,812 ordinary shares
in the Company which were allotted by the Board on 30 April 1998 following the
exercise of warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares in ITS.

The ordinary shares which are the subject of the above-mentioned application
are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on Friday 15 May 1998.
