JPMORGAN OVERSEAS INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

JPMorgan Overseas Investment Trust plc repurchased 300,000 ordinary shares into Treasury at 206.20 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 31,244,215 ordinary shares in Treasury. The remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 123,661,285.

The Company will only re-issue shares held in treasury at a premium to net asset value.
