London Asia Capital PLC (LDC.L), the Greater China focused investment and
merchant banking group, announces that forms for the OFEX listing of its
investee company, China Eastsea Business Software Ltd ("Eastsea"), have been
filed with OFEX, and, subject to the approval of OFEX, trading in Eastsea's
shares is expected to commence on 17 October 2005.

Eastea is a leading China based IT outsourcing company providing services to the
petrochemical and petroleum industries. The company focuses on the management of
business processes offering companies cost advantages as well as assisting them
in achieving key objectives. London Asia Capital holds 13.3% of the current
issued share capital of the company , with an option to increase its stake by a
further 7% .

The Company would like to congratulate non-executive Director, David Brewer, who
was elected 678th Lord Mayor of London by the City's Livery companies on 29
September 2005. Mr. Brewer joined the Board in May and has extensive experience
in trade relations between the UK and China.

Following the exercise of options issued in March 2003, 1,333,334 ordinary
shares have been issued at a share price of 5p per share, resulting in net
proceeds to the Company of #66,667. Application will be made to admit the new
ordinary shares to trading on AIM and admission is expected on 7 October 2005.
Following the exercise, there are 219,386,154 ordinary shares in issue.
