PDMR Exercise of Share Options
("LendInvest" or the "Company")
LendInvest plc (LSE: LINV; "LendInvest"), the UK's leading
platform for mortgages, announces the exercise of share options
under the Company Share Option Plan by Michael Evans, the Chief
Financial Officer and a PDMR of the Company. Michael Evans
exercised options over 80,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company at an exercise price of GBP0.0005 each. The exercise of
options will be satisfied by 80,000 ordinary shares from the
LendInvest Employee Benefit Trust.
