accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse

Liontrust Asset Management Plc (the "Company") was informed on
27 June 2018 of the following transactions in the Company's
ordinary shares of 1p ("Shares") by PDMR's.
Following these transactions Adrian Collins has an interest in
nil Shares under nil-priced options.
Following these transactions John Ions has an interest in
953,311 Shares under nil-priced options, representing 1.89% of the
