LONDONMETRIC PROPERTY PLC

Dividend Declaration

In line with its progressive dividend policy, LondonMetric Property Plc has increased its first quarterly interim dividend for FY 2017/18 by 2.8% and declared a dividend of 1.85 pence per Ordinary Share ("Dividend").

The Dividend timetable is set out below:

 
 Ex-Dividend date        31 August 2017 
 Record date             1 September 2017 
 Dividend payment date   6 October 2017

The Dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution ("PID") and it is intended that a scrip dividend alternative will be available to shareholders.
