NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT

 

LondonMetric Property Plc ("LondonMetric") announces that Sandy Gumm has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 27 March 2024.

 

Sandy Gumm is an Australian qualified Chartered Accountant with over 31 years' of commercial real estate and finance experience. She was most recently a Non-executive Director of LXi REIT plc ("LXi") and, prior to that, a Non-executive Director of Secure Income REIT Plc ("SIR").  She was chief operating officer of, and a shareholder in, Prestbury Investment Partners Limited, which was the investment adviser to SIR before its merger with LXi.

 

Sandy qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992 and worked for KPMG for nine years in Sydney and London before becoming group financial controller of Burford Holdings Plc in 1995. She was finance director at the time that Prestbury Group Plc was established in 1997 and in 2007 became chief operating officer of Prestbury.
