The Company announces that it was notified on 19 July 2005 that one of its 
directors, Mr R W Stevens had on the same date sold 20,000,000 0.1p ordinary 
shares in the Company at a price of 0.9p per share.  Mr R W Stevens now holds 
165,500,000 0.1p ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 
47.97 per cent. of the issued share capital.
