Adjournment of General Meeting

Media Square announces that, due to an error in the printing of the Group's proposed new articles of association (the "New Articles"), the General Meeting held today was adjourned prior to a vote being taken.

The adjourned General Meeting (the "Adjourned General Meeting") will reconvene at 10:45am on 21 July 2011, immediately before the Group's Annual General Meeting, which the Group hopes will make it easier for shareholders to attend both meetings in person if they desire.

Valid proxy forms that were submitted by shareholders for today's General Meeting will remain valid for the Adjourned General Meeting and should not be resubmitted unless shareholders wish to change voting instructions.

Notice of Adjourned General Meeting, and an amended version of the provision in the New Articles that was incorrectly printed, will be sent to shareholders in due course.
