November 2008, Eagle Medallion Fortress Investment Corporation now has a beneficial interest in the Company's shares of a total of 5,538,094
ordinary shares representing approximately 4.62% of the issued share capital of the Company.

    As at 20 November 2008, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
