Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial
responsibilities and persons closely associated
The Company has been notified that on 18 September 2017 David
Lockhart exercised 620,286 share options which were granted under
the NewRiver Retail Limited Unapproved Share Option Plan 2009. The
share options were exercised at the following prices:
272,286 shares at a price of GBP2.50
348,000 shares at a price of GBP2.35
The shares will be admitted to the London Stock Exchange on 19
September 2017.
The Company has been notified that on 14 September 2017, Mark
Davies exercised and sold:
(1) 89,035 nil cost share options which were granted under the
NewRiver Retail Limited Performance Share Plan 2009;
(2) 44,355 nil cost share options which were granted under the
NewRiver Retail Limited Deferred Bonus Plan 2009;
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of
the EU Market Abuse Regulation. The notification of dealing forms
can be found below.
