Admission to Trading on the London Stock Exchange
Further to the announcement on 19 October 2023 in connection
with the subscription for 29,025,326 ordinary shares in the capital
of the Company (the " Shares ") by bioMérieux SA , Oxford Nanopore
Technologies plc announces that the Shares have today been admitted
to the standard listing segment of the Official List of the
Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market for
listed securities of the London Stock Exchange under the ticker
'ONT'.
