The Company confirms that 5,560 ordinary shares of GBP0.0001 each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") have been issued on 11(th) January 2024 to James (Spike) Willcocks, a director of the Company and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"). The Shares have been issued in connection with Spike's participation in the Group's US Employee Share Purchase Plan ("ESPP").

This announcement is made pursuant to the Company's obligations under Article 19(3) of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
