    Panceltica (AIM: PANC) was today notified that on 18 September 2008 Mr. Ben Bright, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company,
purchased 97,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 100.5p per ordinary share. Following this transaction, Mr. Bright is now
interested in 97,500 ordinary shares in the Company. This holding in the Company represents approximately 0.041% of the issued share capital
of the Company.
