                                ISSUE OF EQUITY


The Board of Plantic announces that, pursuant to performance shares issued to
Grant Dow, application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the
admission to AIM of 35,100 ordinary shares of nil par value each in the capital
of the Company. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing
issued ordinary shares of the Company.

Following the issue of the above 35,100 new ordinary shares, there will be a
total number of 79,764,753 ordinary shares in issue at 26 February 2008. This
number can be used as the denominator when determining any disclosable interest
in the voting share capital of the Company.
