SDL Documentation Success Summit Explores the Future of Customer Experience

Two-day event will join leaders in customer
experience to offer success stories and industry insights
Following its global Innovate conference series, SDL (LSE: SDL)
continues to offer insights on delivering customer experience (CX)
excellence at the upcoming Documentation Success Summit in Redwood
City, Calif. The event will celebrate customer success and look
ahead to the future of technical communications and CX. SDL’s
two-day Summit will take place November 17-18 at the Hotel Sofitel
San Francisco Bay in Redwood City and will provide attendees with
the strategies and technology insights they need to take their
customer strategy to the next level.
This year’s event is free of charge and will feature two days of
success stories and technology deep-dive forums that offer
actionable insights for executing exceptional CX. Drawing on SDL’s
global customer base of more than 1,500 enterprise customers —
including 79 of the top 100 global brands — the event offers a full
day of testimonials, best practices and presentations, including a
keynote from Deepak Advani, Vice President, Customer Support &
Services Technology, Hewlett-Packard. Advani will share insights on
the importance of knowledge-delivery as a part of CX and how HP is
executing this transformation.
The Summit will also feature presentations from customers
including Dell, ACI Worldwide, Autodesk, FICO and Plantronics.
These presentations will detail real-world CX use cases and lessons
learned. Event attendees will have opportunities to network with
SDL partners, giving them the chance to learn in-depth about
