The following amendment has been made to the "Director/PDMR Shareholding" announcement released on 22 October 2018 at 16:45 under RNS number 8094E.

Mr Nathaniel Le Roux's resulting beneficial interest in ordinary shares of no par value each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company was incorrectly stated as 22,468,223. Mr Le Roux's correct beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares is 22,418,223.

All other information remains unchanged. The correct version of the announcement is below:

Responsibilities ("PDMR")

The Company announces that it was notified on 22 October 2018 that Nathaniel le Roux, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of no par value each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 27 pence per share on 19 October 2018.

Following the purchase of 50,000 shares, Nathaniel le Roux will have a beneficial interest in 22,418,223 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 49.12% (previously 49.01%) of the ordinary share capital of the Company.

This purchase of shares concludes the instruction to purchase 100,000 Ordinary Shares, issued by Nathaniel le Roux on 18 October 2018 and the Company confirms that it did not have inside information at the time the instruction for the purchase of Ordinary Shares was issued and that the purchase of shares by Nathaniel le Roux was in accordance with the Company's Share Dealing Policy
