TYCO TO REPORT SECOND QUARTER RESULTS ON MAY 1, 2003


Pembroke, Bermuda, April 11, 2003 - Tyco International Ltd. (NYSE-TYC, LSE-TYI,
BSX-TYC) will be reporting its second quarter results before the market opens on
Thursday, May 1, 2003.  The Company will hold a conference call for investors at
